  Was hungry and on impulse we ordered fish and chips. Waited 15 mins for our order, we request how much longer it will take, got a reply of 4 mins, we waited an extra 10 minutes but it still wasn't ready. Chips were over cooked and the crumbed hoki was under cooked with not enough crumb on the fish. Glad to say we don't live in the area, would use these guys again.

  Both males working where rude and when we asked for the calamari to be separate from chips due to our vego friend was the biggest deal in the world. Would not give us lemon and made me feel like we were requesting the world. Lots of tension in the shop and very unpleasant experience.

  !!DO NOT GO THERE!!
  -waited half an hour for a SMALL box of potato chips
  - 30 minutes, no 'sorry for that' just another small box
  - no offer for a large or a discount, mind you there were no other customers in the shop so it was not busy
  - worst service
  - very unprofessional business
